Race Face is now ready to introduce the Rally DH Jacket - an armored jacket designed to protect your skeleton, soft tissue and internal organs from impact and abrasion, common in Freeride and Downhill Mountain Biking. This jacket is the result of years of research, development, and countless hours of consultation with both our pro Freeride team and Race Face component engineers. The result - a very breathable and adjustable jacket design, worthy of being branded with the Race Face name.

Raceface Rally DH Arm and Leg Armor

For 2007, The Rally DH gets a facelift, with improved aesthetics and a new strapping system for improved fit and function.Using the same proprietary hard shell seen on its FR counterpart, the Rally DH armor also features thicker foam padding and a new back panel for increased protection from impact and abrasions.

• HIGH DENSITY HARDSHELL: This hardshell is the result of countless CAD drawings and engineering meetings. The material is light weight, and has an impact modifier to absorb impact force while retaining its shape. A carefully engineered matrix on the back of the shell further distributes impact forces across the hardshell and foam
• KNEE STABILIZATION PAD: Centers the knee to ensure proper armor placement and minimizes armor movement

Raceface Rally Fr Arm and Leg Armor

Designed closely with pro Freeride legend, Wade Simmons, the Rally FR armor features a hard shell for increased impact and puncture protection. Our proprietary hardshell design is the product of two years of research and development. Open back panel and airflow vents in the shell keep these pads just as cool as they look. For 2006, The Rally FR features a new strapping system for improved fit and function.
